Human MHCG (Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G) ELISA Kit
The Human MHC-I (Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of MHC-I levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a variety of research applications. The Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I proteins are essential for the immune system, playing a critical role in presenting antigens to T cells and initiating immune responses against pathogens.
Dysregulation of MHC-I expression is implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and viral infections, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding these conditions and developing targeted therapies. With its high-quality components and user-friendly protocol, the Human MHC-I ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable tool for researchers studying immune responses, disease mechanisms, and potential treatment options. Trust in Assay Genie to provide reliable and accurate results for your MHC-I research needs.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MHCG/HLA-G. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MHCG/HLA-G and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MHCG/HLA-G, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human MHCG/HLA-G. You can calculate the concentration of Human MHCG/HLA-G in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
