Human MHCG (Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I G) CLIA Kit
The Human MHC-I (Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of MHC-I levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reliable results for a variety of research applications.MHC-I molecules play a key role in the immune system by presenting antigens to T cells, helping to regulate immune responses and defend against infections.
Dysregulation of MHC-I expression is associated with autoimmune diseases, viral infections, and cancer, making it an important biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapies.Overall, the Human MHC-I ELISA Kit provides researchers with a valuable tool for studying the role of MHC-I in immune responses and disease pathogenesis, with the reliability and performance needed for in-depth research and analysis.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MHCG. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MHCG and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MHCG, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MHCG. You can calculate the concentration of Human MHCG in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
