Human MHCE/HLA-E (Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I E) CLIA Kit
The Human MHC-E (Major Histocompatibility Complex Class I E) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the precise detection of MHC-E levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it an invaluable tool for various research applications.MHC-E is a critical component of the immune system, playing a crucial role in the presentation of antigens to T cells and regulating immune responses.
Dysregulation of MHC-E has been implicated in autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, and transplant rejection, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for studying and developing targeted therapies for these conditions.Overall, the Human MHC-E CLIA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for measuring MHC-E levels, providing valuable insights into immune responses and potential disease mechanisms.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MHCE/HLA-E. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MHCE/HLA-E and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MHCE/HLA-E, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MHCE/HLA-E. You can calculate the concentration of Human MHCE/HLA-E in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
