Human MHC Class I Polypeptide Related Sequence B (MICB) ELISA Kit
The Human MHC Class I Polypeptide-Related Sequence B (MICB) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable and accurate tool for the detection of MICB levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.MICB is a key protein involved in the immune response, specifically in the recognition and elimination of abnormal cells by natural killer (NK) cells. It plays a crucial role in immune surveillance and response to infection, making it a valuable biomarker for studying immune-related diseases, such as autoimmune disorders and infectious diseases.
By accurately measuring MICB levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for a range of diseases. The Human MHC Class I Polypeptide-Related Sequence B (MICB) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for advancing research in immunology and developing innovative treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
