The Human MGL (Monoacylglycerol Lipase) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of MGL levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit ensures reliable and reproducible results, making it ideal for a wide range of research applications.MGL is a key enzyme involved in the metabolism of endocannabinoids, playing a crucial role in regulating lipid signaling pathways. Dysregulation of MGL activity has been implicated in various diseases such as inflammation, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and identifying potential therapeutic targets.
By measuring MGL levels in biological samples, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this enzyme in disease pathogenesis and potentially identify novel therapeutic strategies. The Human MGL CLIA Kit offers a convenient and efficient solution for studying MGL activity and its implications in human health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MGL. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MGL and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MGL, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human MGL. You can calculate the concentration of Human MGL in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
