The Human Metallothionein-1 (MT1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of metallothionein-1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Metallothionein-1 is an important protein that plays a key role in metal homeostasis and detoxification in the body. It is known to be involved in various physiological processes, including antioxidant defense, immune response, and regulation of cell growth.
Abnormal levels of metallothionein-1 have been linked to a range of health conditions, such as metal toxicity, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases. With the Human Metallothionein-1 (MT1) ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately quantify metallothionein-1 levels in biological samples, allowing for the study of its role in various diseases and potential therapeutic interventions. It is a valuable tool for advancing scientific knowledge and developing novel approaches for disease diagnosis and treatment.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
