Human MCP-1 (Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1) ELISA Kit
The MCP-1 ELISA Kit is expertly crafted to enable the quantitative detection of Monocyte Chemotactic Protein 1 (MCP-1) levels in human biological samples. MCP-1, a key chemokine involved in inflammatory processes, attracts monocytes and promotes their recruitment to sites of inflammation. Understanding the levels of MCP-1 is vital as it plays a critical role in immune response modulation, cell migration, and progression of inflammatory conditions. Accurate measurement of MCP-1 facilitates insights into its involvement in various diseases, immune disorders, and infections, aiding in the development of targeted treatment strategies.
Our MCP-1 ELISA Kit is designed to deliver outstanding sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results. Manufactured under rigorous quality standards, this kit ensures robust performance and user-friendly operations, making it an ideal choice for both research and clinical applications. Trust our MCP-1 ELISA Kit for dependable and precise quantification of this essential biomarker in your scientific studies and investigations.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human MCP-1. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human MCP-1 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human MCP-1, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human MCP-1. You can calculate the concentration of Human MCP-1 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
