Human Matrix Metalloproteinase 11 (MMP11) ELISA Kit
The Human Matrix Metalloproteinase-11 (MMP-11) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of MMP-11 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is specifically designed to offer high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Matrix Metalloproteinase-11 (MMP-11) is a key enzyme involved in extracellular matrix remodeling, cell migration, and tissue repair processes. Dysregulation of MMP-11 has been linked to various diseases such as cancer, arthritis, and heart disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its advanced technology and user-friendly protocols, the Human MMP-11 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie provides researchers with a valuable tool for investigating the role of MMP-11 in health and disease. Upgrade your research capabilities with this cutting-edge ELISA kit and unlock new insights into the complex mechanisms of MMP-11-mediated pathways.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
