Human Macrophage Scavenger Receptor 1 (MSR1) ELISA Kit
The Human Macrophage Scavenger Receptor 1 (MSR1) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the accurate detection of MSR1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.MSR1 is a key receptor involved in the recognition and clearance of modified lipoproteins, playing a crucial role in the regulation of lipid metabolism and the immune response. Dysregulation of MSR1 has been linked to a variety of diseases, including atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, and diabetes, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential treatment options.
With its user-friendly format and reliable performance, the Human MSR1 ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of MSR1 in disease pathogenesis and therapeutic interventions. Get accurate and insightful results with this cutting-edge ELISA kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
