Human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein 4 Alpha (MIP4a) ELISA Kit
The Human Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-4 Alpha (MIP-4A) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for detecting and measuring levels of MIP-4A in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is designed with high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.MIP-4A, also known as CCL23, is a chemokine that plays a crucial role in inflammatory responses and immune cell recruitment. Elevated levels of MIP-4A have been associated with various diseases, including inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases, and cancer.
By accurately measuring MIP-4A levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response and potential therapeutic targets for these conditions. Overall, the Human MIP-4A ELISA Kit provides a reliable and efficient solution for studying the role of MIP-4A in health and disease, making it an essential tool for researchers and clinicians alike.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
