Human Lysyl Oxidase Like Protein 3 (LOXL3) ELISA Kit
The Human LOXL3 (Lysyl Oxidase-Like Protein 3) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the accurate quantification of LOXL3 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures precise and consistent results, making it suitable for a variety of research purposes.LOXL3 is a key enzyme involved in extracellular matrix remodeling and plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including tissue development and wound healing. Dysregulation of LOXL3 has been implicated in conditions such as fibrosis, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its significance as a potential therapeutic target and diagnostic marker.
By accurately measuring LOXL3 levels, researchers can gain a deeper understanding of its biological functions and its implications in disease pathogenesis, ultimately leading to the development of novel treatment strategies. The Human LOXL3 ELISA Kit provides a reliable platform for investigating LOXL3-related pathways and advancing research in the field of molecular biology and medicine.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
