Human Lysosomal Associated Membrane Protein 1 (LAMP1) ELISA Kit
The Human Lysosomal-Associated Membrane Protein 1 (LAMP1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the precise measurement of LAMP1 levels in human biological samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and consistent results for a variety of research applications.LAMP1 is an important protein involved in lysosomal function and membrane trafficking. It plays a critical role in various cellular processes such as autophagy, endocytosis, and lysosomal biogenesis. Dysregulation of LAMP1 expression has been linked to diseases like lysosomal storage disorders, cancer, and neurodegenerative conditions, highlighting its significance as a biomarker for studying and developing treatments for these diseases.
The Human LAMP1 ELISA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool to accurately measure LAMP1 levels, enabling further insights into the role of this protein in health and disease. Its high-quality components and robust performance make it an essential resource for labs conducting cutting-edge research in cell biology, molecular biology, and disease pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
