Human Lymphocyte Cytosolic Protein 1 (LCP1) ELISA Kit
The Human LCP1 (Lymphocyte Cytosolic Protein 1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of LCP1 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for various research applications.LCP1 is a key protein that plays a critical role in regulating immune responses and cell migration. It is essential for the proper functioning of lymphocytes and is involved in various cellular processes.
Abnormal levels of LCP1 have been linked to autoimmune diseases, inflammatory disorders, and cancers, making it a valuable biomarker for studying and understanding these conditions. With its high-quality performance and ease of use, the Human LCP1 ELISA Kit is an invaluable tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of LCP1 in health and disease, ultimately leading to the development of potential therapeutic interventions.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
