Human Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor Related Protein 2 (LRP2) ELISA Kit
The Human Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor-Related Protein 2 (LRP2) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate and precise measurement of LRP2 levels in human biological samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With a high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it suitable for various research applications.LRP2, also known as megalin, is a cell surface receptor involved in the endocytosis and transport of various ligands, including lipoproteins and vitamins.
Dysregulation of LRP2 has been linked to several diseases, such as chronic kidney disease, neurodegenerative disorders, and metabolic syndromes, making it a crucial biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human LRP2 ELISA Kit offers researchers a valuable tool for investigating the role of LRP2 in health and disease, providing insights into its function and potential clinical implications.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
