Human Lipophilin B, Prostatein Like (LIPB) ELISA Kit
The Human Lipophilin B Prostatein-Like (LIPB) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the quantitative detection of LIPB levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. Known for its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides accurate and reliable results, making it suitable for a variety of research applications.LIPB is a protein associated with prostate cancer and is involved in lipid metabolism and cell proliferation.
Its expression levels have been linked to various diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for studying disease progression and developing targeted therapies. This ELISA kit is user-friendly, with easy-to-follow protocols and quick assay times, making it a convenient choice for researchers looking to investigate the role of LIPB in disease pathology. Upgrade your research with the Human Lipophilin B Prostatein-Like ELISA Kit from Assay Genie.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
