The Human Lipase Endothelial (LIPG) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of Lipase Endothelial levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research applications.Lipase Endothelial, also known as LIPG, is an important enzyme involved in lipid metabolism and plays a critical role in cardiovascular health and lipid homeostasis. Dysregulation of LIPG has been linked to various metabolic disorders and cardiovascular diseases, making it a valuable biomarker for investigating these conditions and potential therapeutic interventions.
The Human Lipase Endothelial (LIPG) ELISA Kit is user-friendly and easy to use, making it suitable for both experienced researchers and beginners in the field. With its reliable performance and robust design, this kit is an essential tool for studying Lipase Endothelial biology and its implications in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
