Human Lectin Like Oxidized Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor 1 (LOX1) ELISA Kit
The Human Lectin-Like Oxidized Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor-1 (LOX-1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate measurement of LOX-1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.LOX-1 is a critical receptor involved in the uptake of oxidized low-density lipoproteins (LDL), playing a vital role in atherosclerosis development and cardiovascular diseases.
Its dysregulation has been linked to various pathological conditions, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions. With the Human LOX-1 ELISA Kit, researchers can efficiently assess LOX-1 levels in biological samples, providing valuable insights into its role in disease progression and offering new avenues for targeted treatments.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
