The Human Lacritin ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is specifically designed for the precise measurement of Lacritin levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing accurate and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.Lacritin is a key protein involved in tear film stability and ocular surface health. It plays a vital role in promoting tear secretion and maintaining the integrity of the ocular surface. Dysregulation of Lacritin levels has been linked to various eye conditions, including dry eye disease and ocular surface disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.
With the Human Lacritin ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently investigate the role of Lacritin in ocular health and disease, paving the way for advancements in understanding and treating a wide range of eye disorders. Trust Assay Genie for reliable and accurate Lacritin measurements in your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
