The Human Kinesin Family Member 5A (KIF5A) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate detection of KIF5A levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring consistent and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Kinesin Family Member 5A (KIF5A) is a motor protein that plays a critical role in intracellular transport and cell division processes. Variations in KIF5A expression have been linked to neurodegenerative disorders, such as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and hereditary spastic paraplegia.
As such, this ELISA kit serves as a valuable tool for studying KIF5A levels in various disease states and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human Kinesin Family Member 5A (KIF5A) ELISA Kit is an essential resource for researchers seeking to investigate the role of KIF5A in health and disease, ultimately advancing our understanding of cellular dynamics and molecular mechanisms.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
