The Human Kidney Injury Molecule-1 (KIM-1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a cutting-edge tool for the precise measurement of KIM-1 levels in human biological samples. This kit is specifically designed for the detection of KIM-1 in serum, plasma, and urine specimens, providing researchers with reliable and accurate results for a variety of applications.KIM-1 is a biomarker that is highly expressed in the kidneys during injury or disease, making it a valuable indicator for monitoring kidney health and function. Elevated levels of KIM-1 have been associated with various renal disorders, including acute kidney injury and chronic kidney disease, highlighting its importance in the field of nephrology research.
The Assay Genie Human KIM-1 ELISA Kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise quantification of KIM-1 levels in biological samples. With its user-friendly protocol and consistent performance, this kit is an essential tool for studying kidney injury, identifying potential therapeutic targets, and advancing our understanding of renal diseases. Trust Assay Genie to deliver reliable results for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
