The Human Keratin 20 (KRT20) ELISA Kit is a state-of-the-art assay designed for the precise quantification of KRT20 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This advanced kit offers unparalleled sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.Keratin 20 is a key structural protein found in epithelial cells, particularly in the gastrointestinal tract and other epithelial tissues. Abnormal expression of KRT20 has been linked to various diseases, including gastrointestinal cancers and inflammatory bowel disease, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential therapeutic interventions.
With its advanced technology and reliable performance, the Human Keratin 20 (KRT20) ELISA Kit is an essential tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of KRT20 in disease pathology and to discover novel diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
