The Human Keratin 10 (KRT10) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate detection of keratin 10 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Keratin 10 is a key protein in the skin, specifically in the formation and maintenance of the epidermis. Changes in keratin 10 expression can be indicative of skin disorders, dermatological conditions, and even certain types of cancer.
This ELISA kit allows for the quantitative measurement of keratin 10, aiding in the study of skin biology, disease progression, and potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human Keratin 10 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers and clinicians interested in understanding the role of keratin 10 in skin health and disease. Its accuracy and precision make it an essential component of any laboratory focused on dermatology, skin biology, or cancer research.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
