The Human Janus Kinase 1 (JAK1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers looking to accurately detect levels of JAK1 in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results for a wide range of research applications.JAK1 is a key enzyme involved in signal transduction pathways, playing a crucial role in cell growth, differentiation, and immune response regulation. Dysregulation of JAK1 has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and certain types of cancer, making it an important target for therapeutic interventions.
By measuring JAK1 levels with this ELISA kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of this enzyme in various physiological and pathological processes. Whether studying immune responses, inflammation, or cancer development, the Human JAK1 ELISA Kit offers a reliable and efficient method for quantifying JAK1 levels in biological samples.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
