Human Iron Responsive Element Binding Protein 2 (IREB2) ELISA Kit
The Human Iron-Responsive Element Binding Protein 2 (IREB2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring the levels of IREB2 in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an invaluable resource for a variety of research applications.IREB2 is a key protein involved in iron metabolism, regulating the expression of genes responsible for iron uptake and storage. Dysregulation of IREB2 has been linked to disorders such as hereditary hemochromatosis and neurodegenerative diseases.
Studying IREB2 levels can provide valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying these conditions and aid in the development of new therapeutic strategies.Whether investigating the role of IREB2 in iron homeostasis or exploring its potential as a biomarker for certain diseases, the Human IREB2 ELISA Kit offers a reliable and accurate solution for researchers in the field. Trust in this kit to deliver precise and meaningful data to advance your research efforts.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
