Human IRF5 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 5) CLIA Kit
The Human IRF5 (Interferon Regulatory Factor 5) CLIA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate detection of IRF5 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit provides reliable and reproducible results, making it an ideal tool for various research applications.IRF5 is a key transcription factor that plays a critical role in the regulation of immune responses and inflammation. Dysregulation of IRF5 has been implicated in various autoimmune diseases, including lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and inflammatory bowel disease.
Therefore, measuring IRF5 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these conditions and aid in the development of targeted therapies. With its high precision and ease of use, the Human IRF5 CLIA Kit from Assay Genie is a valuable resource for researchers studying the role of IRF5 in immune disorders and seeking to identify novel therapeutic targets.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IRF5. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human IRF5 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human IRF5, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human IRF5. You can calculate the concentration of Human IRF5 in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
