The Human Interleukin-5 (IL-5) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise measurement of IL-5 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for a wide variety of research applications.Interleukin-5 is a critical cytokine involved in the regulation of immune responses, particularly in the development and activation of eosinophils. Dysregulation of IL-5 is associated with various inflammatory conditions, including allergies, asthma, and certain autoimmune diseases.
As such, IL-5 serves as a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and exploring potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human Interleukin-5 (IL-5) ELISA Kit is a reliable and versatile tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of IL-5 in health and disease. Its high quality and performance make it an essential addition to any laboratory conducting studies in immunology, inflammation, and related fields.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
