The Human Interleukin-29 (IL-29) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the quantitative detection of IL-29 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.Interleukin-29, also known as IFN-λ1, is a cytokine that plays a crucial role in the immune response against viral infections. It is involved in stimulating the antiviral activity of immune cells and has been implicated in various inflammatory conditions.
The accurate measurement of IL-29 levels can provide valuable insights into the immune response and help in the development of targeted therapies for infectious diseases and inflammatory disorders.Overall, the Human Interleukin-29 (IL-29) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers studying the role of IL-29 in immune regulation and inflammation, offering accurate and reproducible results to advance scientific discovery.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
