The Human Interleukin-11 (IL-11) ELISA Kit is a highly reliable tool for the accurate quantification of interleukin-11 levels in human biological samples. This kit has been specifically designed to offer high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.Interleukin-11 is a vital cytokine that plays a crucial role in various physiological processes, including hematopoiesis, immune response modulation, and bone metabolism regulation. Dysregulation of IL-11 has been linked to several diseases, such as cancer, inflammatory disorders, and gastrointestinal diseases, highlighting its importance as a potential biomarker for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
By using the Human Interleukin-11 (IL-11) ELISA Kit, researchers can accurately measure IL-11 levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, facilitating a better understanding of the role of IL-11 in disease pathogenesis and progression. This kit's reliability and accuracy make it an invaluable tool for advancing research in various fields of biomedicine.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
