Human Interleukin 10 Receptor Alpha (IL-10Ra) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-10 Receptor Alpha (IL10RA) ELISA Kit is a reliable and precise tool for the quantitative measurement of IL10RA levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for a wide range of research applications.IL10RA is a crucial receptor involved in the regulation of the anti-inflammatory cytokine interleukin-10 (IL-10), which plays a key role in immune responses and inflammation. Aberrant IL10RA expression has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders, inflammatory conditions, and cancer, highlighting its importance as a potential therapeutic target.
By using the Human IL10RA ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of IL10RA in disease pathogenesis, identify potential biomarkers for diagnostic purposes, and explore novel treatment strategies for conditions associated with dysregulated IL-10 signaling. With its reliable performance and broad applicability, this ELISA kit is a valuable asset for advancing scientific understanding and advancing medical research in the field of immunology and inflammatory diseases.
Product Name:

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
