Human Interleukin 1 Receptor Type II (IL-1R2) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-1 Receptor Type II (IL1R2) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for the precise measurement of IL1R2 levels in human samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is known for its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, guaranteeing dependable and consistent results for a variety of research purposes.IL1R2 is an important receptor involved in the immune response, particularly in the regulation of inflammation.
Dysregulation of IL1R2 has been linked to various inflammatory diseases and autoimmune disorders, making it a key target for therapeutic interventions. By accurately measuring IL1R2 levels, researchers can gain insights into the underlying mechanisms of these conditions and potentially identify novel treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
