Human Interleukin 1 Receptor Associated Kinase 1 (IRAK1) ELISA Kit
The Human Interleukin-1 Receptor-Associated Kinase 1 (IRAK1) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of IRAK1 levels in human samples. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.IRAK1 is a key player in the inflammatory signaling pathway, playing a crucial role in the body's response to infection and inflammation. Dysregulation of IRAK1 has been linked to various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions.
As such, measuring IRAK1 levels can provide valuable insights into the pathogenesis of these diseases, aiding in the development of targeted therapies. With easy-to-follow protocols and a user-friendly format, the Human IRAK1 ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers studying inflammation, immune response, and disease mechanisms. Trust in this kit to deliver accurate and precise results for your research needs.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
