The Human Integrin Alpha-6 (ITGA6) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of ITGA6 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and consistent results for a variety of research needs.Integrin Alpha-6 is a key protein involved in cell adhesion and migration processes, playing a critical role in various physiological and pathological conditions. Dysregulation of ITGA6 has been linked to cancer metastasis, inflammation, and tissue regeneration, making it a valuable biomarker for studying disease progression and developing targeted therapies.
With the Human Integrin Alpha-6 ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently investigate the role of ITGA6 in disease biology and explore its potential as a therapeutic target. Trust in the reliability and performance of this ELISA kit for robust and insightful data in your research endeavors.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
