Human Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 7 (IGFBP7) ELISA Kit
The Human Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 7 (IGFBP7) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the precise quantification of IGFBP7 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers consistent and accurate results, making it an invaluable resource for various research applications.IGFBP7 is a key regulator of insulin-like growth factor (IGF) signaling, playing a crucial role in cell growth, proliferation, and survival. Dysregulation of IGFBP7 has been implicated in various diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and metabolic syndromes, highlighting its significance as a potential biomarker for disease diagnosis and treatment development.
Equip your research with the Human IGFBP7 ELISA Kit to explore the intricate mechanisms of IGFBP7 function and its implications in health and disease. Benefit from reliable and reproducible data to advance your scientific investigations and drive innovation in the field of molecular biology and therapeutic discovery.
Product Name:

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
