Human Insulin Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 (IGFBP1) ELISA Kit
The Human Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 (IGFBP1) ELISA Kit. This kit is specially designed for the precise detection of IGFBP1 levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reliable results, making it a valuable tool for various research applications.IGFBP1 is an important protein that plays a key role in regulating insulin-like growth factor signaling and is implicated in various physiological processes, including cell growth and proliferation.
Dysregulation of IGFBP1 has been associated with several health conditions, making it a promising biomarker for studying diseases such as diabetes, cancer, and growth disorders. With its innovative design and advanced technology, the Human Insulin-Like Growth Factor Binding Protein 1 (IGFBP1) ELISA Kit provides researchers with a powerful tool for investigating the role of IGFBP1 in physiological and pathological processes, ultimately contributing to the development of potential diagnostic and therapeutic strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
