Human Inhibitor Of Kappa Light Polypeptide Gene Enhancer In B-Cells Kinase Gamma (IkBKg) ELISA Kit
The Human Inhibitor of Kappa Light Polypeptide Gene Enhancer in B-Cells Kinase Gamma (IKBKG) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of IKBKG levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures accurate and reproducible results, making it an ideal choice for various research applications.IKBKG, also known as NEMO (NF-κB essential modulator), plays a crucial role in the regulation of NF-κB signaling pathway, which is involved in inflammation, immune response, and cell survival. Dysregulation of IKBKG has been associated with a range of diseases, including inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases, and cancer, highlighting its importance as a biomarker for these conditions.
By using the Human IKBKG ELISA Kit, researchers can investigate the role of IKBKG in disease pathogenesis, evaluate therapeutic interventions targeting the NF-κB pathway, and further our understanding of the molecular mechanisms underlying various health conditions. Its reliable performance and versatility make it a valuable tool for advancing scientific knowledge and developing potential treatment strategies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
