Human Immune Receptor Expressed On Myeloid Cells 1 (IREM1) ELISA Kit
The Human Immune Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 1 (IREM1) ELISA Kit from Assay Genie is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of IREM1 levels in human samples. This kit is specifically designed for use with serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing researchers with a versatile and reliable solution for their studies.IREM1 is an important immune receptor that plays a key role in the regulation of myeloid cell function. Dysregulation of IREM1 has been implicated in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and inflammatory conditions.
By accurately measuring IREM1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the immune response and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for these diseases. With its high sensitivity and specificity, the IREM1 ELISA Kit ensures consistent and reproducible results, allowing researchers to confidently analyze their samples. Whether investigating the role of IREM1 in immune responses, inflammation, or other physiological processes, this kit provides a valuable tool for advancing research in the field of immunology and beyond.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
