The Assay Genie Human IL17RA ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise and quantitative measurement of Interleukin-17 Receptor A (IL-17RA) levels in a variety of biological samples. IL-17RA plays a crucial role in mediating the cellular responses to interleukin-17 (IL-17), a pro-inflammatory cytokine involved in immune regulation and inflammatory processes. By accurately quantifying IL-17RA levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the mechanisms underlying immune responses, inflammation, and autoimmune disorders.
Our IL17RA ELISA Kit offers exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and reproducible results for your research needs. Manufactured under strict quality control standards, this kit delivers reliable performance and ease of use, making it an excellent choice for investigations in immunology and related fields. Trust Assay Genie's IL17RA ELISA Kit for dependable and precise quantification of IL-17RA, empowering your scientific studies and discoveries.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human IL17RA. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human IL17RA and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human IL17RA, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human IL17RA. You can calculate the concentration of Human IL17RA in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
