The Human IgG1 (Immunoglobulin G1) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive assay designed for the accurate quantification of IgG1 levels in human biological samples.
Immunoglobulin G1 is a major subclass of antibodies that plays a critical role in the humoral immune response, providing defense against pathogens, toxins, and foreign agents. This ELISA kit offers a reliable method for researchers to measure IgG1 concentrations, facilitating the investigation of immune function, antibody responses, and disease pathogenesis in human samples. IgG1 antibodies are known for their versatility in immune defense, including opsonization, neutralization, and antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity. By detecting and quantifying IgG1 levels, researchers can gain insights into immune system activity, immunity to specific antigens, and antibody-mediated responses in various diseases and conditions. This ELISA kit provides a precise and reproducible means to assess IgG1 levels, supporting studies on immune status, vaccine response, and autoimmune disorders in research and clinical settings. The Human IgG1 ELISA Kit is characterized by exceptional sensitivity and specificity, ensuring accurate and trustworthy results. Manufactured with stringent quality control measures, this kit delivers robust performance and user-friendly protocols, offering researchers a valuable tool for immunology research, diagnostic investigations, and antibody profiling studies in human samples.

This ELISA kit uses the Competitive-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with IgG1. During the reaction, IgG1 in the sample or standard competes with a fixed amount of IgG1 on the solid phase supporter for sites on the Biotinylated Detection Ab specific to IgG1. Excess conjugate and unbound sample or standard are washed away, and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added to each micro plate well and incubated. Then a TMB substrate solution is added to each well. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns from blue to yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The concentration of IgG1 in tested samples can be calculated by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
