Human Hypoxia Inducible Factor 2 Alpha (HIF2a) ELISA Kit
The Human Hypoxia-Inducible Factor 2 Alpha (HIF2A) ELISA Kit is a cutting-edge tool designed for the precise measurement of HIF2A levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, ensuring accurate and reproducible results that are essential for a variety of research applications.HIF2A, also known as EPAS1, plays a vital role in the cellular response to hypoxia, regulating the expression of genes involved in various physiological processes such as angiogenesis, erythropoiesis, and metabolism.
Dysregulation of HIF2A has been linked to several diseases, including cancer, pulmonary hypertension, and chronic kidney disease, making it a key biomarker for studying these conditions and identifying potential therapeutic targets. With the Human HIF2A ELISA Kit, researchers can uncover valuable insights into the role of HIF2A in health and disease, paving the way for new discoveries and advancements in the field of biomedicine.

Linearity:
The linearity of the kit was assayed by testing samples spiked with appropriate concentration of the index and their serial dilutions. The results were demonstrated by the percentage of calculated concentration to the expected.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
