The Human HNP1-3 (Neutrophil Peptide 1-3) ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive and specific assay designed for the accurate quantification of HNP1-3 levels in human biological samples. This kit is suitable for the measurement of HNP1-3 in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, providing researchers with reliable and reproducible data for a variety of research applications.HNP1-3 are antimicrobial peptides produced by neutrophils, playing a key role in the immune response to infection and inflammation. Elevated levels of HNP1-3 have been associated with various inflammatory diseases, making them valuable biomarkers for monitoring disease progression and evaluating treatment efficacy.
By using the Human HNP1-3 ELISA Kit, researchers can gain valuable insights into the role of HNP1-3 in disease pathogenesis and potentially identify new therapeutic targets for the treatment of inflammatory disorders. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit is an essential tool for advancing research in the field of immunology and inflammation.

This ELISA kit uses the Sandwich-ELISA principle. The micro ELISA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human HNP1-3. Standards or samples are added to the micro ELISA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human HNP1-3 and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human HNP1-3, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear blue in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of stop solution and the color turns yellow. The optical density (OD) is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450 nm ± 2 nm. The OD value is proportional to the concentration of Human HNP1-3. You can calculate the concentration of Human HNP1-3 in the samples by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.
