The Human Histone Deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for measuring HDAC3 levels in human samples with high accuracy and precision. HDAC3 is a key enzyme involved in regulating gene expression by removing acetyl groups from histone proteins, thereby influencing chromatin structure and gene transcription. This kit offers a reliable and reproducible method for studying the role of HDAC3 in various cellular processes, such as cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. With its high sensitivity and specificity, researchers can confidently analyze HDAC3 levels in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants for a wide range of research applications.
Understanding the role of HDAC3 is crucial in investigating diseases such as cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions. By accurately measuring HDAC3 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases and develop potential therapeutic strategies targeting HDAC3 activity. Order your Human Histone Deacetylase 3 (HDAC3) ELISA Kit today and take your research to the next level.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
