The Human Histamine Receptor H1 (HRH1) ELISA Kit is specially designed for the precise measurement of HRH1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its exceptional sensitivity and specificity, this kit ensures dependable and reproducible results, making it perfect for various research endeavors. The HRH1 protein is a key player in mediating histamine-induced responses in the body, influencing various physiological processes such as inflammation, allergy, and neurotransmission.
Abnormalities in HRH1 signaling have been linked to conditions like asthma, allergic rhinitis, and inflammatory disorders, highlighting the significance of HRH1 as a potential biomarker for understanding these diseases and developing targeted therapies.Overall, the Human Histamine Receptor H1 (HRH1) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers aiming to investigate the role of HRH1 in health and disease, providing accurate and reliable data for their studies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
