Human HIF-1 alpha (Hypoxia Inducible Factor 1 Alpha) CLIA Kit
The Human HIF-1 Alpha (Hypoxia-Inducible Factor-1 Alpha) CLIA Kit is specifically designed for the accurate quantification of HIF-1 Alpha levels in human samples. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, providing reliable and reproducible results for a variety of research applications.HIF-1 Alpha is a key transcription factor that plays a critical role in cellular responses to hypoxia, regulating the expression of genes involved in processes such as angiogenesis, metabolism, and cell survival. Dysregulation of HIF-1 Alpha has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, ischemic diseases, and inflammatory disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for understanding disease mechanisms and potential therapeutic interventions.
Overall, the Human HIF-1 Alpha CLIA Kit offers a powerful tool for researchers to study the role of HIF-1 Alpha in various physiological and pathological conditions, advancing our understanding of disease processes and facilitating the development of novel treatments.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human HIF-1α. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human HIF-1α and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human HIF-1α, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human HIF-1α. You can calculate the concentration of Human HIF-1α in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
