Human Heparan Sulfate-6-O-Sulfotransferase 1 (HS6ST1) ELISA Kit
The Human Heparan Sulfate 6-O-Sulfotransferase 1 (HS6ST1) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for researchers studying the role of HS6ST1 in various biological processes. This kit allows for the accurate measurement of HS6ST1 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants with high sensitivity and specificity.HS6ST1 is an important enzyme involved in the sulfation of heparan sulfate, a key component of the extracellular matrix that plays a critical role in cell signaling, tissue development, and inflammation.
Dysregulation of HS6ST1 has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and neurological conditions.By accurately quantifying HS6ST1 levels, researchers can gain valuable insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying these diseases and potentially identify novel therapeutic targets. The Human HS6ST1 ELISA Kit offers a reliable and reproducible method for studying HS6ST1 biology and its implications in health and disease.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
