The Human Hemoglobin Gamma 2 (HBG2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for accurately measuring levels of HBG2 in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and consistent results for a variety of research applications.HBG2 is a key component of hemoglobin, the protein responsible for transporting oxygen in the blood. Abnormal levels of HBG2 can indicate conditions such as sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, and other hemoglobinopathies.
By accurately measuring HBG2 levels, researchers can gain valuable insight into these disorders and potentially develop new treatments. With the Human Hemoglobin Gamma 2 (HBG2) ELISA Kit, researchers can confidently analyze HBG2 levels with precision and reliability, making it an invaluable tool for advancing our understanding of hemoglobin-related disorders and developing targeted therapies.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
