Human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 2 (HSF2) ELISA Kit
The Human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 2 (HSF2) ELISA Kit is a powerful tool for the accurate measurement of HSF2 levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit boasts high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reliable results for a variety of research applications.HSF2 is a key transcription factor involved in the cellular response to heat stress and other forms of cellular stress. By regulating the expression of heat shock proteins, HSF2 plays a crucial role in maintaining cellular homeostasis and protecting cells from damage.
Dysregulation of HSF2 has been implicated in various diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting the importance of studying HSF2 levels in pathological conditions. With its accurate and reliable performance, the Human Heat Shock Transcription Factor 2 (HSF2) ELISA Kit is a valuable tool for researchers seeking to investigate the role of HSF2 in disease pathogenesis and explore its potential as a therapeutic target.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
