Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1 Like Protein (HSPA1L) ELISA Kit
The Human Heat Shock 70kDa Protein 1-Like Protein (HSPA1L) ELISA Kit is a reliable and precise tool for the quantitative measurement of HSPA1L levels in human samples such as serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it suitable for a variety of research purposes.HSPA1L, also known as heat shock 70kDa protein 1-like protein, is a critical player in the cellular stress response pathway. It plays a role in protein folding, trafficking, and degradation, ultimately contributing to cell survival under stressful conditions.
Dysregulation of HSPA1L has been linked to various diseases, including cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases, highlighting its significance as a potential biomarker for these conditions.By using the Human HSPA1L ELISA Kit, researchers can effectively study the involvement of HSPA1L in disease pathogenesis, evaluate its potential as a therapeutic target, and monitor its expression levels in response to different treatments. This kit provides a valuable tool for advancing our understanding of HSPA1L biology and its implications in human health.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
