Similarly, the Human HB Beta (Hemoglobin Beta) CLIA Kit is a reliable tool for the quantitative measurement of HB Beta levels in human samples. This kit is highly sensitive and specific, offering accurate and reproducible results for various research applications. Hemoglobin Beta is a key component of hemoglobin, the protein responsible for transporting oxygen in the blood. Abnormal levels of HB Beta can indicate conditions such as sickle cell anemia, thalassemia, and other hemoglobin disorders.
Monitoring HB Beta levels can provide valuable insights into these conditions and aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. With its ease of use and high-performance capabilities, the Human HB Beta CLIA Kit is a valuable asset for researchers studying hemoglobin disorders and their implications for human health. Get accurate and reliable results with this advanced kit from Assay Genie.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human HBβ. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human HBβ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human HBβ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human HBβ. You can calculate the concentration of Human HBβ in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
