Human GR beta (Glucocorticoid Receptor Beta) CLIA Kit
The Human GR-beta (Glucocorticoid Receptor beta) CLIA Kit is specifically designed to accurately measure glucocorticoid receptor beta levels in human samples including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. This kit offers high sensitivity and specificity, ensuring precise and reproducible results for a variety of research applications. The glucocorticoid receptor beta is a key component in the regulation of cellular response to glucocorticoid hormones, playing a crucial role in immune response, metabolism, and stress regulation.
Dysregulation of glucocorticoid receptor beta has been associated with various diseases such as arthritis, asthma, and autoimmune disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these conditions and developing potential treatments. With its reliable performance and broad applicability, the Human GR-beta CLIA Kit is an essential tool for researchers looking to investigate the role of glucocorticoid receptor beta in health and disease.

This CLIA kit uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle. The micro CLIA plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Human GRβ. Standards or samples are added to the micro CLIA plate wells and combined with the specific antibody. Then a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Human GRβ and Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate are added successively to each micro plate well and incubated. Free components are washed away. The substrate solution is added to each well. Only those wells that contain Human GRβ, biotinylated detection antibody and Avidin-HRP conjugate will appear fluorescence. The Relative light unit (RLU) value is measured by the Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is positively associated with the concentration of Human GRβ. You can calculate the concentration of Human GRβ in the samples by comparing the RLU value of the samples to the standard curve.
