The Human Glycoprotein 39 (GP39) ELISA Kit is specifically designed for the precise measurement of GP39 levels in human serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. With its high sensitivity and specificity, this kit delivers accurate and reproducible results, making it a versatile tool for various research applications.GP39, also known as chondromodulin-I, is a glycoprotein primarily found in cartilage tissue where it plays a crucial role in maintaining cartilage integrity and promoting tissue regeneration.
Dysregulation of GP39 has been linked to conditions such as arthritis and joint disorders, making it a valuable biomarker for studying these diseases and developing potential therapeutic interventions.Overall, the Human GP39 ELISA Kit offers researchers a reliable and efficient method for analyzing GP39 levels in biological samples, facilitating further investigations into the role of this glycoprotein in cartilage health and disease pathology.

Intra-assay Precision:
Intra-Assay: CV <10%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
Inter-assay Precision:
Inter-Assay: CV <12%. 3 samples with low, middle and high level the index were tested on 3 different plates, 8 replicates in each plate.
Stability:
The stability of ELISA kit is determined by the loss rate of activity. The loss rate of this kit is less than 5% within the expiration date under appropriate storage conditions. Note: To minimize unnecessary influences on the performance, operation procedures and lab conditions, especially room temperature, air humidity and incubator temperatures should be strictly regulated. It is also strongly suggested that the whole assay is performed by the same experimenter from the beginning to the end.
